PRINT YOUR GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS
Your announcements can be printed on your home printer, or we can print them for you in the KSU Print Shop.
If you would like us to print your announcements for you, please visit us in the Carmichael Student Center, 2nd Floor, across from the Bookstore. See hours and other information at online at The KSU Print Shop.
To print your announcements at home, please download our PDF template and follow these instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Your computer, printer, and other settings may affect how the template works for you. Please test the template on blank pages before printing your announcements.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Click the Download link. The template will open in a new window.
Download the template to your computer. PLEASE NOTE: It will be printable from your browser but may not recognize fonts correctly.
Step 2
Open the template from your computer with Adobe Acrobat or the Acrobat Reader. You can download the free Acrobat Reader here.
Once you have opened the template, complete your commencement ceremony information:
Name, type of degree, area of study, ceremony date, ceremony time, location
Step 3
It is important to choose the correct paper size so your commencement information will print correctly on the folding card.
The dimensions of the card are 8.5" x 5.25".
Click the printer icon or File, then "Print" from the dropdown menu.
In the printer dialogue box, choose "Page Setup". When the Page Setup opens, add a custom page size by selecting "Manage Custom Sizes"
Step 4
Add the width and height of your paper size and click OK.
Step 5
In the Print dialogue box, make sure you select "Fit" so that the text fits correctly on the page.
If the preview of your page looks correct, insert a test page in your printer, ensure the paper is facing the correct way for your printer, and click "Print".
If the text is printing correctly, keep the settings and begin printing your custom announcements. It may take several tries to orient your page depending on your printer settings.
